Clear Adhesive Pockets 3"x5" Index Card Sleeves Self Adhesive with Top Loading Label Pockets (30 PCS) - Put these on the outside of each tote and slip in a 3x5 notecard with the name of the location so you know which tote goes to which machine when filling.
Cash & Coin Counters - If traditional machines are part of your fleet, you'll want these, but they sure are pricey. Some banks require you to roll your coins and separate your bills. These are a huge time saver.
ELAFROS Heavy Duty Plastic Utility Cart 34 x 17 Inch - Great for staging totes during picking as your warehouse and inventory items grow. Before these we used a 6' folding table.
Hefty Slider Jumbo Storage Bags, 2.5 Gallon Size - Great for separating your frozen items by machine when picking. Put a 3x5 notecard with the location name on it in each bag so you know where the products are going.
Magnetic Whiteboards - We put these on the side of every machine for customers to leave product suggestions.
Tool Bag - Everyone needs a decent tool bag...
25ft Tape Measure - Don't forget to measure those doorways and openings
Sprayway Glass Cleaner - Ammonia Free and Streakless - This specific brand is highly recommended.
Microfiber Cloths - To clean glass and wipe down machine
Wire Cutters - You'll be cutting a lot of zip ties. You could also use scissors but they don't work as well.
Hammer- Every toolkit needs a good hammer
Ratchet Screwdriver Set - Phillips and Flat Head
Long Crow Bar - Make sure to bring this on every install or machine move. Helps to get over thresholds if needed.
Antibacterial Wipes - To clean everything except the glass (or use the Sprayway & Microfiber cloths here too)
Headlamp - These things have a lot of dark corners.
Levels - Various lengths, at least one 3'+
Glass Suction Cups Heavy Duty Aluminum Vacuum Plate Handle Floor Holder Hooks - Nice for saving your fingers when moving machines through tight doorways
Zip Ties - Various Sizes
Utility Knife - Don't forget this on install and uncrating days

T25 Bit - You will need this for uncrating your machine if it's palletized.
Egofine 12pcs 1/4 Inch Mini Ratchet Socket Wrench Set - Need 7mm to remove can risers & 5.5mm for repairs
Drill Impact Driver - Highly recommend for removing machine from pallet - Phillips and Flat head bits
24mm Open Ended Wrench - To raise or lower the footings to level the machine
